Driven by a lifelong passion for residential construction and business, Scott's journey in the industry has been characterized by a diverse array of experiences. Beginning his career in residential real estate, Scott developed a keen eye for craftsmanship and the art of creating homes that stand the test of time.
Prior to joining the M& M team, Scott graduated from Salisbury University with a Business Management degree and was a three-year lacrosse team captain that won two National Championships. After college, he explored various facets of the construction industry including residential and commercial masonry, electrical utilities, and high-end carpentry. In his role as Construction Manager, Scott leverages his multifaceted expertise to connect with clients on a personal level, understanding their aspirations to craft their dream homes. Outside of work, Scott enjoys golf, home improvement projects, and embracing the joys of parenthood alongside his wife Molly, and their 4 children.
