Growing up in a home built by his father, Ryan learned the trade from an early age, setting the stage for his role within M & M Builders. Following his graduation with honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from West Chester University, Ryan joined the family business in 2004. With two decades of dedicated service to the company, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. He meticulously coordinates projects, ensuring flawless execution and utmost client satisfaction.
Ryan has crafted residences for accomplished business figures and esteemed community leaders throughout the metro DC region. Notably, he's also undertaken the construction of custom homes for both commercial and residential builders, further highlighting his expertise and trusted reputation in the industry. Ryan takes pride in fostering lasting relationships with clients and trade partners, extending beyond the mere construction phase. In a world where sustaining lasting relationships can prove challenging, he has managed to build and maintain strong bonds with his vendor and subcontractor partners. In recent years, he has broadened the company's horizons by launching M & M's Coastal Division, recognized for its beautifully crafted homes along the Eastern Shore. For years, he's been actively involved in the Montgomery County Builders Association, dedicating his time as both Vice President and President.
This background, coupled with consistent attendance at vendor-sponsored education events and keeping abreast of trends, enables him and his team to remain ahead of client expectations and offer innovative ideas within the construction industry. Along with his father, Ralph, Ryan shares ownership of Lone Oak Farm Brewing Company and Fallen Oak Distilling, both of which they personally designed and built. He manages these ventures alongside his professional responsibilities. Outside of work, Ryan, accompanied by his wife Katie and their two children, finds balance in family adventures. Whether supporting their children in sports or other activities or exploring new destinations together, Ryan treasures these moments of family bonding.
