Our Team
Ray brings to M&M forty years of experience managing all facets of residential construction. He has been intimately involved in the design, entitlement, development, and construction process of amazing homes throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. He is a registered architect, bringing design sensibility to the home building process. A true construction expert working on the client's behalf. He has spent the past twenty years developing and building one of a kind architect designed custom homes uniquely crafted for individual clients. Ray's passion is to deliver a client's unique dream home into reality with impeccable craftsmanship while bringing the architect's vision into reality. He is a past Board Member of the Maryland Builders Association.
Ray studied architecture at Catholic University and has lived with his wife Liz in Montgomery County for the past 40 years. They have three daughters who grew up in Bethesda and two grandchildren. Ray loves to play tennis, spend time with his family, and is passionate about wine and food. He is currently the President of the Washington DC Chapter of the International Wine and Food Society.
