Our Team
With a passion for construction rooted deep in his childhood, Ralph embarked on his journey in the industry by establishing M & M Builders in 1987. Prior to this endeavor, he honed his skills through the design and operation of two successful restaurants in Maryland, later selling them to pursue his true calling.
Equipped with a Bachelor of Science degree in Design and Graphics from the University of Maryland, Ralph brings a blend of artistic finesse and practical know-how to his construction endeavors. Ralph's leadership extends beyond his company; he actively participates in the Builder’s Board for the Montgomery County Department of Consumer Protection and is the acting Chair as well as the Montgomery County Builders Association, where he has served in various leadership roles.
Alongside his wife Linda, Ralph finds joy in family moments with their son Ryan, daughter Melissa, and their five grandchildren.
