Bringing over two decades of diverse construction leadership to the team, Jason's career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence across various industry sectors. Graduating from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1997 with a BA in Business Management, Jason's journey in construction began with Dietrich Metal Framing in Ohio and later the USG Corporation in Northern Virginia.
His tenure at these companies laid the foundation for his passion for construction, which evolved into specialized preconstruction roles with esteemed real estate development firms in Washington DC. Throughout his career, Jason has managed intricate construction projects, led teams of skilled tradesmen, and collaborated with business professionals, all while garnering invaluable experience. Notable career milestones include orchestrating production for couture custom home building teams, overseeing projects for prominent individuals including a NFL Washington Redskin quarterback and a Presidential candidate, and earning the esteemed USG President's Club Award.
Despite these achievements, Jason finds the greatest fulfillment in family life. Married to his wife Jessica since 2010, Jason cherishes moments with their three wonderful children. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Jason now calls Northern Virginia home, where he enjoys activities, such as chauffeuring his children to various youth sports, golfing, downhill skiing, and unwavering support for the Pittsburgh Steelers. In 2020, Jason embraced a new chapter in his career as Vice President at M&M Builders and Contractors, collaborating with President and Owner Ryan Mollet to enhance operational excellence and drive the company's success.
