Joining the company in 2015 after a distinguished career with Montgomery County Public Schools, Charlene’s record-keeping and organizational skills are instrumental in managing day-to-day affairs.
Inspired by her son-in-law Ryan's unwavering commitment to excellence, Charlene embraces the challenges of learning about the construction industry with enthusiasm. Beyond her professional endeavors, Charlene finds fulfillment in cherished moments with her children, grandchildren, and her passion for travel.
