Set on 28.66 acres in Montgomery County, this project allowed us to showcase our craftsmanship with structures built using local lumber and designed to harmonize with the farm's natural beauty and historical significance. Fallen Oak Distillery Now Open!
We take pride in constructing the facility where Fallen Oak distilling is produced, a true farm-to-bottle experience. Using estate-grown and malted grains, meticulously aged on-site, and proofed with water from the farm’s freshwater aquifer, each batch is a testament to small-batch quality and local sustainability.
